Fischer-Z

Word Salad, Fischer-ZFronted by the enigmatic John Watts as vocals/guitar, Steve Skolnik on keyboards (yes, that was me!), Steve Liddle on drums and David Graham on bass, Fischer-Z leaped onto the music scene in 1979 with our debut album, Word Salad. We played a form of new wave that has been compared in equal parts to Roxy Music and Talking Heads with art-pop and prog-rock leanings. Our hits included "So Long" and "First Impressions (Pretty Paracetamol)". To hear clips of these and other tracks and see us in action then visit www.last.fm/music/Fischer-Z.
